Huge weekend again, but arnt they all from now on.
Talking points this weekend

1. Potter to get sacked if we beat Chelsea and we were the reason Tuchel ended up going, can we do it twice.
2. Loads of talk about Pulisic again, but Marsch not here so is it wise or worth it, or is this part of the 49ers marketing plan?
3. Lots of talk about next seasons manager, is this fair on Javi Gracia
4. Will we go 4-4-2 against Chelsea
5. Has JG managed to lock the door at the back and will Wober be fit
6. Apparently JG liked Kristensen at CB, will he do it again if Wober out
7. When will Sinisterra show up to do his stuff again, because it’s like another player we dont see the best of for a season. We dont have time to wait.
8. Georginio or Bamford to start or both?
9. If only Rodrigo was fit…..

 

So Chris Armas is still at Leeds with no defined role?

 

1. We could get something and if we were to win, I think it will be the end of Potter.
2. Pulisic is decent but not sure he's worth the wages he supposedly on.
3. If Gavi was to keep us in the PL and we can see improvement as we go on, then he deserves a shot next season.
4. I don't think we'll start 4-4-2 but could see us switching to it if we need to.
5. Hopefully Wober is fit, I don't have as many palpitations now as I did a few weeks ago, when were on the defensive.
6. If Wober is out, then yes, I'd expect the same back 4 as at Fulham
7. Frustrating having him injured so much.
8.Ruttwr for me. Bamford looks shot.
9. Can't come back quickly enough for me.

 

FA have fined Leeds £35,000 and Everton £55,000 for the touchline rumpus at Goodison….

 

The downside of starting both Rutter and Bamford together is we have nowhere to go other than more defensive if we wish to change it. Gracia has said Rutter works better in a two so I can’t see him starting him as I don’t believe we’ll start 4-4-2

 

I don’t know if he looked any good on the tv but I was at Fulham and I thought Kristensen was terrible at CB. Leeds’ worst player on the night.

Trouble is he’s no better at RB. Championship quality at best. Poor signing.

Having said that, if he left tomorrow for the money we paid for him, it would be a good deal.

Seen reports of this elsewhere El Desmarque reported recently that Leeds are keen on signing Barcelona winger Ilian Akhomach in the summer. Seemingly done deal in June 18yo winger even if relegated. Another winger for the 21s but expected to work with first team

 

Saw that last night. Barca fans are going ballistic about it. I wouldn't be surprised if we off load a winger in the summer possibly Harrison as he almost signed for Leicester back in January.

 

How many chances did we have to win todays game. Shyte final ball, ball bobbling about without anyone catching it, usual greedy Harrison making wrong choices. We did enough and don’t look bad but let’s be honest Chelase have a lot of ballers, we are not going down

Two efforts on goal in injury time so that was how many chances we had. Everything else was headless chicken stuff. We have to hope the few goals we’ll get will translate somehow into three or four one nil wins
