    Isn’t the magic number.

It’s the amount of goals we have scored in the PL in the last 13 weeks.

This is the least amount of goals scored by any PL team in 2023.

With Wilson in the side we play with 10 men.

    This can’t continue.

I think the most infuriating thing about today is when we’re a goal down and we have literally no one in atttack, with Trippier, Almiron and Bruno all looking for that antiquated ‘dink’ into the channel. I’m bemused as to why we haven’t changed it, it stopped working 3 months ago.

For a young coach Howe is really obstinate and stuck in his ways - he is becoming way too predictable, as is the team.

They played well just missed 4 brilliant chances. Should've taken at least 2 of them..

The same side beats most sides every week

Some of these chances will go in, especially against lesser sides. And we were carving out good chances today against a top side.

Totally different to the cup final where we were completely closed down and couldn't create any good chances.

Exactly.. play the same side vs lesser teams and they'll win..

This idea they need to rip everything up and start again isn't going to help.

    Yes

Today Newcastle were worse after the changes apart from a 5 min spell. There's no reason to change anything because what they've been doing all season has got them in an excellent position. I would suggest now isn't the time to gamble.

Maybe I wasn’t clear. We beat none of the above this year.

That's partly because we didn't play Leeds and Wolves this year...

But beating Chelsea and Spurs, drawing away to Arsenal and getting to the league cup final is not the thing to remember about this season, it's drawing with West Ham.

They'd beat them playing like they did today .... this idea they everything needs to be changed when they're in an excellent position I disagree with.

I'm sure isak might get the nod , but changing the entire set up is nothing more than a gamble.

I will however say Laecelles did better than I expected today, and gave us more options on corners and stuff, so this is actually something to be considered, as Schar hasn't been that great recently.

Personelle is one thing and easy to do but changing formation and having only 1 week to coach the players on it will imo not work aswel as what they've be doing all season.
