Fair play to our visitors to the board today. Good sportsmanship and a little ribbing as you'd expect.

    Cheers guys.

They've been good fun because they lost. If they'd got the 3 points you'd have heard them cackling from over the Bridge.

Superb performance and a thoroughly deserved 3 points from by far the better team on the pitch today. If the opposition weren't good enough then that's their problem not ours.

Maybe the biggest problem they've got right now is they think they're already safe. They probably are, but I'll take us to swap places with them before the end of the season.

OS, you’re kidding yourself if you think you were the best side today, or that you will overtake us this season. It was clear we had a cup hangover today. Still think we will be comfortably 6 points or more above you come the seasons end. Enjoy today.

Really? I don’t think so. To be honest I found your football very boring today.

It was, one of our weaker performances of the season, but yours was no better, especially as the home team.

Cup hangover - is that what you call that?.......<laugh><laugh>

You were poor from back to front. We were by far the better - both more fluid and committed.

As for final table position - we've both got 11 games to go and I'll take us to pick up more points than you. Whether it'll be a half a dozen more is the only question.

Really? I still don’t think so. I thought we played much better than you. One of our best performances this season and the team has really improved under Sabi and Sol.
However you do have a decent young team and I’ll be happy to lock horns with you next season.

The stats (bar the score before anyone starts) say otherwise. We took too many touches in your box, rather than taking shots, that was our undoing. You were no better than us in open play, and I say that honestly.

Nonsense, it’s easy to have a laugh when you’ve won, not so easy when you’ve lost. I find most posters on here very fair minded and I enjoy a bit of fun, apart from sparky of course who likes to be controversial <laugh>.<laugh>,

My reading of the game for what it’s worth, we huffed and puffed, wasted a lot of good opportunities. You defended well, stopped us playing, rode your luck a bit at times and took your chances well.

Get over it, City deservedly won and to quote you “[we]defended well, stopped you playing and took [our] chances well.”

I’ve deliberately not included “rode [our] luck….” as that’s a ridiculous thing to state.

Along with Reading another garbage side and if we hadnt attempted the possession based game from the back wed be a lot higher.

Easy 3 points. We even scored 2 and werent hanging on.

    Easy afternoon. We move on.

Not at all. We've got what we've deserved.
No coulda, shoulda, woulda about our season.
We've been poor. little creativity in midfield and no one who knows how to fill the onion sack.
We're where we deserve to be, though 3 wins from the last 4 suggests the new manager can get a better tune out of the players than our previous 2 managers.
Hopefully we have enough about us to stay up.

Boo hoo. I feel your pain and bitterness and it makes the win so much better.
