I think max was absolutely awful personally but he was trying.

I think we played well I really do and I think we'd have roasted anyone but the best sides in the country today

But Max is atrocious every single time we start him.

He is perfectly suited to being a sub but every single time he does a decent pass everyone wants him back in the 11 for all time, until he's **** again against Doncaster Rovers and is immediately dropped.

That one that Joelinton completely missed was the critical one. Superb ball in by Isak and he completely fluffed it.

My concern is Bruno is getting frustrated with average players around him.

If we don’t match “his” ambition he will be off.

Fair enough but he's been poor for a few weeks now and his tackles are more suited for WWE than Prem football.

We were more dynamic once we made the subs but more due to Willock and Isak. Latter needs to start - really makes difference when he comes in for Wilson.

That was the best of 4 great chances today and unfortunately we've got no goalscorers in the entire squad.

It's actually a really positive sign because it means they can go out and get 2 or 3 and all of a sudden newcastle are a different beast.

If Newcastle United fans are so off their head on crack that they will start accolading people who played in such a **** final then all hope is lost.

    Best it's forgotten about

Playing Gordon and Almiron doesn’t work. Both come in off their wings giving us no width. At least St Maximin stays out.

Willock made a big difference and certainly should be back in the 11.

Should be noted, Longstaff and Willock together in the mid were very good.

This is true. We just need a decent striker who can read the game well and finish.

A good CM next to Bruno.

    A good left back.

And we are good solid top 6 material.

No accolade just was better clearly than Gordon was today. Have to be on crack to consistently pick fault with Howe considering what he’s done here.

With Big Joe suspended I would think Willock and Longstaff are certainties next two games if fit

Managers can't have it both ways. We can't all suck him off when things are going amazingly and then not find faults when we lose 3 on the bounce.

No manager unless they're an egotistical **** would dare come out after a 3 game losing streak and insinuate that they haven't made mistakes

Howe is a human being, mistakes are made, he is given more time to fix it.

I personally am suggesting he has all of this season AND all of next season as Newcastle manager before we evaluate a change.

I just think they played well and people are forgetting who they were playing a bit.

Gordon will be picked apart forever and ever because some of our fans never wanted him. He is destined to fail at this club.

I've seen this so many times with players and coaches.

Definitely mate after him but he was actually very efficient.

Newcastle had more ball before the subs... after the subs they got picked off and after that City took the piss

Isak, Willock and Targett to start next match.

    And keep Gordon in.
