I don't do country walks in Wales but I still know that is British too, not sure I get your point.

 

Wales ain't thousands of miles away off the coast of South America mate ...

 

I think he's comparing Tony Blair plundering the Middle East & killing millions based on lies about fictitious weapons with Thatcher defending the Falklands in the 80s

 

So what is the cut off point in terms of miles that a country can't own another piece of land?
