Wasn't Jonty on the old 606 site? I think I remember him.

Jonty was a good old boy and I had a lot of time for him but gradually he took a turn to Chippy view of posting and not spoken to him for years

My worries are that we have significant liabilities regarding our transfer policies which have always been a concern. By going down, all I could see was us being in the same financial s**t as under Ridsdale. Reading above it already looks like they want these to be taken into consideration with any takeover. I don't want lots of different faceless investors because having a split ownership has already proved disastrous in my eyes. I know I have no control over anything and can only wait and see like everyone else, but I've got that I don't trust anyone anymore and will need a lot of convincing things have been done for the good of the club at the moment. Only time will tell what happens next.

    friend for life then <laugh>

He does wind up some of the natives on ja… I don’t have a problem with him myself, but it’s mildly amusing at times if you have some popcorn handy.

He’ll be delighted he’s getting talked about <cheers>

Haha, I had him behind me for the first half with his bbc voice, and Harj the second half with his proper northern accent.

I think the answer staring you in the face is don’t go down, and, I think if you do, you are right, don’t trust anyone :emoticon-0148-yes:
