All of them are going to have to play above and beyond - out of their skins, to have any chance of containing Man C. If they DO play their absolute best then the chance of strain injury is high. Let’s hope they keep something in their tank for Cardiff.
Yes, for me realistically the Cardiff game is more important, as long as we make a good account of ourselves tonight I’ll be happy.
The Man City game is far more important for me, even though I don't think we've got any chance against them. League wise, I really don't think we're going to be involved in a relegation fight, but neither are we going to make the playoffs, and therefore our season (assuming we can achieve another 12 points or so) is almost over.
I take your point, I was more meaning we are unlikely to beat Man City, so I’d hate if a defeat knocks our confidence in the league, beating Cardiff would keep our League momentum going.
For me tonight is far more important than Cardiff. I agree with Angelic's view of our league season so tonight will give me and my grandson an amazing occasion sharing with City fans that will live with us for always - win or lose.
You missed out on that wonderful evening when we beat the red side of Manchester I seem to remember RP. I was so hoarse I couldn’t speak the next day. Mrs R&W and I only realised what the time was when we got kicked out of the V-Shed Wetherspoon at 4am!!!
Anyone that's going, I hope the team do you and the whole city proud. I'm sure there will be some envious glances at ITV from the supporters of the Blue Few during the 90 minutes
lord i would love to be there tonight, used to love nights like tonight really gets the blood coursing and if we cant beat them then deafen them.
