Just a thought for Scottish Labour: stop being indistinguishable from the Tories. You might get some votes if you do...

As every scientist and engineer who knows of
"Ockham's razor" stated within a month of it.

So I guess anyone who declared this not to be so,
has committed acts of high "misinformation" // "disinformation" ...

Somebody might want to tell Luciana Berger who the Labour leader is, given she spent the morning prattling on about somebody who isn't while contradicting several statements that she made previously

    RIP Betty! <rose>
Great Parliamentarian and a true ground-breaker. Ironic that the current, incompetent incumbent highlights the compassion and skills that she displayed - and he routinely fails to do. <doh>

Right up to the end, she demonstrated a clear mind and political astuteness. No more so than in this critique of Johnson:

I don't want to get into Brexit specifically here, because it is the background to my point not my point itself. Which is, surely such major changes to "the way things work for the country" (sorry clumsy phrase couldn't think of a better way to describe it) should have to go to a vote before Parliament? If the PM can simply negotiate stuff himself and have it waved through, he actually has rather a lot of power. Too much you might argue, it's more "presidential' than "prime ministerial".
