OH YOU MEAN ALL THOSE MUNICH CHANTS THAT NEVER GOT SUNG AT OLD TRAFFORD IN 2010.

Your fans are an awful bunch. Granted we did retaliate, but you were still unprovoked. Someone prepared a BANNER. Regardless of whether our fans are horrible, it's a case of the pot calling the kettle black with the following:

I was merely pointing out that to say our fans are unprovoked is ridiculous. Well done on not singing it in 2010, and putting it in capitals makes me so want to believe you, it really does, but it doesn't make up for the previous decades of it.

And to call our fans awful is TRULY the pot calling the kettle black. You lot are a bunch of disgusting ****ing scrotes.

    7 pages?

When you're in the championship it's only in these moments a has-been club like leeds can feel connected to the upper echelon of football.

No need to repeat yourself, we heard you the first time, ****.

I'd bet old baconface would have loaned him to a certain wifebeater at P'Boro.

Let's stay away from Munich/Istanbul discussions.

Wouldn't like to see the thread crash into a burning wreck.

Yes, we are. I know that. I wouldn't really have it any other way, because I love being hated as a Leeds fan. It's a sort of "us vs the rest" mentality. I just think it's rich that you have the cheek to call us that and act as if you're better.

At least our manager isn't a pathetic old pratt. But oh wait, our chairman is.

Agreed. Of course I think it'll probably end up as a burning wreck anyway ;)

Just out of interest, how much of Kusczak's £40 grand a week wages do you reckon Leeds offered to pay? Imo I think that will have had more of an impact than any pettiness by SAF - I doubt Bates offered to pay a decent chunk of his wages. The whole "SAF blocked the move" thing is probably just Kusczak whinging, which is pretty much all he's done since he arrived at OT...

To be fair I know about as much as the rest of you on this one but I think swarbs just hit the nail on the head. Kusczak probably wanted a move to us as we are more high profile than the other offers (thats not being arrogant before anyone kicks off!) & Bates offer would have been under the market value IMO

Another good point raised earlier in the thread is Fergie could well have been worried about sticking Kusczak in front of the kop after the abuse Rachubka got for trying to con everyone into thinking he was a keeper.

Anyway, we move on. I am happy with McCartney & I wish Kusczak all the best in getting out of his 40k a week nightmare <yikes>

Honestly I've no idea. I just remember reading somewhere that since you came out of administration you've had to sell players to keep in the black. Dunno if that's entirely accurate, but it would imply you wouldn't want to spend a full £300k to get our fourth choice keeper for two months particularly given all your fans will probably hate him for his association with us....

It's not accurate at all. We've been profitable for 3 or 4 years now without the player sales. The numbers look a bit dodgy because Bates moves the profit around for "tax reasons" (we all know what's really going on).

As for our offer not being good enough, based on Donny's new loaning players policy, they are only paying a couple of grand a week towards any wages of players they are loaning. I guarantee we'd have offered to pay more than Doncaster.

It's completely false, we're one of the few clubs making a profit. The only recent time I can remember "having" to sell a player was when Gradel handed in a transfer request. We much prefer letting their contracts run down.

I dont know why all you Leeds fans are crying about SAF, Kuscaack is for sale, if you want him buy him, cant afford him?Not Man Uniteds problem. Were you expecting us to help you`s?You lot should worry more about Bates selling anything that isnt nailed down at Elland Road.

Fair enough - I thought I'd seen something about the Delph transfer being the difference between profit and loss for you last year. Tho' if you're one of the few clubs making a profit (particularly in the Championship) maybe that means you're paying lower wages?

Either way, Kusczak's contract runs out in June so if he really wanted to play he could buy out the last six months of his contract under the Webster ruling and sign for anyone he wanted. And if he really wanted to play for Leeds he could have agreed a pay cut to do so. But then what kind of a footballer would he be to do that, eh?

We were supposed to have the second highest wage bill in the league last season. The Delph transfer made us profitable about 3 years ago I think since then it's all been down to revenue. We're just not seeing any of the profits because a certain fat old geriatric likes to erect buildings with other people's money.

You know what you're right we'll just buy him when the transfer window is closed.

It has nothing to do with anything other than alex ferguson is a bitter old man who likes to have childish tantrums over non-issues like getting abuse that he thoroughly deserves and his clueless kid getting fired.

You can have him for nothing for all we care. You're only guessing why Kusczak never signed for Leeds. Again this talk about Sheffield Utd and Doncaster Rovers. Are there any links etc showing these two clubs asking for Kusczak or are you again just accepting this whing bags word because you hate SAF and Man Utd so much?
