    Interesting that Karius has a better clean sheet ratio than Reina and Alisson for us. Only clearance surpasses him.

    cos he only played a small amount of games!

    if you only play 29 games for liverpool then a run of clean sheets inspired by vvd arriving is always going to make you look a hero.

    reina played 285 games for us.

    alisson is on 158.

    ratios are easily thrown off by the small amounts.

    But I wouldn’t be stunned if he played well
    Think he has really paid a price
    I have no idea if he was concussed but if he was he has been treated awfully imho
    I know jolly Jack about goalkeepers - think they are a weird breed
    But I think he has good performances in him
    But I think his confidence took a massive hit
    He may need to grow thicker skin to improve - so I suppose yeah - I think he will play well on Sunday

    I vaguely remember that Alison made a real clanger against someone really early doors but was given more of a chance because imho, we had paid money for him and we were praying he wasn’t going to be a duffer

    now if that mistake had been in a CL final he may never have recovered and some fans may not have forgiven him
