    Could Bristol City lay claim to the biggest underachievers in England?
    Big city and catchment area. Of course, they share it with Bristol Rovers, but I see Bristol City as the bigger club (although Rovers have a decent loyal following too).
    Surely a city and area the size of Bristol should have a decent PL side?
