None of them have really been dawns though when you scratch below the surface. The underlying issues have been there long before this season, but are just now more pronounced. Were you thinking after our second went in 'we're definitely losing this' or 'we've got a chance here' ? I take your overall point though; it's spot on.
we started well in a few games this season and blew out on 30mins. that's not a false dawn it's a trend we score one good goal. we were gifted a second. it was a very good 30mins for us.

True, it's no worse a situation than "Istanbul" or when we had to score four against Barcelona (who were probably a better team than this Real Madrid team). Realistically, we're not in with much of a shot, but it's definitely not over yet, and I still have a minimal amount of hope.
