Thought I'd come see how much you're all shaking with trepidation at the prospect of having to take on the Mighty Swans at Fortress Liberty? We're the only team to score there thus far... but granted, you'll be easily the biggest team yet this season to come to South Wales. If we can keep the ball off you I fancy our chances a little bit. We've had a habit of taking 10 minutes to wake up in games and if we do that against your lot we'll be 2-0 down before we blink. Having said that, our midfield is our strongest facet, and I'd say Man Utd, for the first time in my life, are weak in midfield. Rooney is the closest thing you have (that I have seen?) to a "driving force" in midfield, and combined with our 3 central players knocking the ball around for fun I can see us managing to retain possession. Whether we can turn that into goals is another matter... Also, I do a match preview & thread for every game so one'll pop up here a day or two before the match. Cheers!
If Carrick plays then I think our midfield will improve significantly. Wouldn't surprise me if we play Carrick. Ando and Park who can drop centrally and push forward from there.
Think im the only United fan that actually thinks Carrick is a decent player, great vision and passing, if hes playing and protecting the back four we hardly ever concede many goals...as Rio said hes a top players player in a recent interview..
You are not the only one. He is the best passer of the ball we have at the club, but he gets alot of stick because he is not dynamic enough for some people.

Your matchthread for our match last week ws spot on,but you'd better get permission from the supporters of the darkside before you post one on their board. Or they'll be very upset and spit their dummy's out.
That's fairly ironic Page given that as soon as Swansea got a point from you and one or two of their supporters suggested that Liverpool ain't all that, you collectively spat out the dummy and bleated about getting the thread removed from your board!! Not necessarily you, but at least two of your mods did and one or two other posters. That won't happen on here. Not least because Swansea won't get a point!!!
