Team and bench is quite frightening. Must scare the sh*t out of the opposition. This should be where the strength of our squad yields results.
I have a purple VPN on the top showing Ned and protected - first time I have tried so probably doing something wrong
Happy with that side. Michut has come on leaps and bounds recently, Cirkin is a class act and will help Clarke and I think Pritch will be quality with Gelhardt. Alese and Hume have put some miles in recently so they deserve a break.
Gooch started the season brilliantly and has done nothing wrong, and would still do a job, but isn’t it amazing how quickly it feels like we’ve outgrown him at right back?
Mowbray really has faith in this squad and they don't seem to sulk when rotated ... .... always look annoyed when they're subbed but that's another good sign imo. Surely we can't lose with that bench, we can change the game at any time imo. I said on Saturday that Pritchard is the man Gelhardt will be hoping starts
Its a nice looking side that. Roberts has been flying lately but Pritchard has to play IMO. Pleased to see Cirkin back in as well, better balance on the left I think. As always just looking forward to watching them play, it is always fun.
Good line up that. Hume was looking a bit tired at the end on Saturday - he's played 10 in a row at this level for the first time in his career, so perhaps not a surprise. Cirkin back for Alese strengthens us as well in my eyes. Giving Roberts a rest is fine and we have great "cover" in Pritch to step in. The only player we don't seem to be able to rest is Clarke. Embleton is possibly the one in our squad who would have done that, but it shows that Mowbray doesn't trust Jewi to be disciplined enough over 90 minutes. Not that Clarke needs resting at the moment mind, he's in top form.
I think Ba could do a job out on the left, more so than Jewi. We seem to play better with our wide players cutting inside to have a pop at goal, or slip a ball between defenders
Cirkin and Clarke seemed to work well together in the past, will be good to see them tearing up the left side again.
