Protest planned ahead of our game at Elland Road on Saturday. Take a early lead and the stadium could get bad.
Last weekend I wished for James Maddison and Iheanacho to pick up injuries during the Utd game, that would keep them out of our game with Leicester. It seems that Maddison has a knee problem that might keep him out of the Arsenal game this weekend. Personally I hope he plays and then aggravates the injury and misses our game. Getting my voodoo doll out to work on Iheanacho for tomorrow’s game. As a footnote. Ryan Bertrand is building up fitness after being out for a year following knee surgery. Don’t know how close he is to playing though.
I just had a shiver of pleasure thinking about Sulemana vs Vestegaard. Surely they can have a CB crisis and have to play the big lad, surely?
A real pleasure seeing Harrison Reed playing in a good side. As soon as he made his debut in Pochs team I thought there was something decent there. Can’t help but feel that we let a talent out the door who just needed someone to believe in them and give them the chances. As a backup to Romeu he would have been an asset and pushed him for a starting spot.
But as backup to Romeu he would not have got the games required to develop the way he has done playing week in week out
Fulham have done f**k all, then score. They are a shocking side, it's beyond me how they are so far up the table.
Manor Solomon starting to look quite useful after his serious injury. I wanted him in the summer when the Fulham move looked like it'd break down...he's fun. But the sort of fun that accomplishes things.
I remember when people thought we'd missed our shot at a goalscorer with Diego Costa. Diego Costa has as many goals this season as I have, but I'm far cheaper.
