Now I wonder where the the single vote for Brownie has come from Im left wondering how Dowie is even on there as an option let alone have a vote!
im gonna own up to the windass one as i wasnt paying attention when i clicked on vote i meant to put ole stupid phone and fat fingers lol even though i did say windass and barmby yesterday!
just had my first look at the list of prospective managers. one name that caught my eye was chris coleman. I've always rated him and I would have thought he could be easily prized back to the uk from larissa in greece. I'm ready to be shot down but this is all about personal choice, he's got a reasonable pedigree, I liked how his fulham team played and I think he'd pick up nicely where NP leaves thing. COYH
He did do well at Fulham for quite a sustained period of time. Did nothing at Coventry, though I don't think any manager's been able to drag them out of the bottom half of the Championship for over a decade. Probably.
This has no relevance to the job of manager of Hull City 2011/12. Im sorry, but i dont live in the past and still stand by my comment that he doesnt deserve the merit he is getting on here with respect the the soon to be managers vacancy
not a case of living in the past. he is already a hull city legend and would keep the status quo at the club. plus he is far more experienced in handling players. yes we all have our own opinion, But Joyce IMO is the one to get in. if he wont come then Karl Robinson. no thanks to messrs...mcclaren - davies - jones - laws - megson et al. there are all out of work for a reason.
dream ticket for me those 2 along with nicky barmby would be a great trio for the club and squad we have now.
Swanny suggested ole gunnar solsjaer and warren joyce as a partnership, i think this would be a good choice in the fact that both these guys no all the ex man u lads and what they can do. It would also help these lads get over the loss of pearson
I have a horrible feeling that we may get a shock when NP unveils his man. Don't know why but that's often the way it goes in football and sometimes City. Nothing to go on, just a gut feeling. I voted Dave Jones; all the talk about a young manager is fine and ok.......if you get it right. Considering the money invested by the Allam's, I wouldn't like to be the one who took a gamble and got it wrong. Hope AP does a full exhausting interview and checks everything out about the man and his current assisstants. No doubt if he does get it right Festa and the Patpong boys will come along anyway and jangle the cash when they boot out Nigel.
i think the lads will soon get over pearson. NP is like a father walking out of the family home. this will make the game on 3rd december very interesting.
Of course, and I bet I'm the only one who respects him (that's why he was voted one of the 100 Greatest Britons in the BBC's poll a few years ago).
