Right so after the disappointment of yesterday does anyone actually have a plan to get us out of this mess ?

We were always likely to fall into the bottom 3 at some point this season and as many of us a thought it would have already happened it's not really a shock or a major surprise. However we must now react and start to claw our way back, just as we did last season by somehow grabbing a late point against Brighton and then surviving the final day at Brentford.

Who's going stand up and lead the fightback because at Goodison yesterday we didn't look like a team that has the necessary guts and willpower to make things happen. It's all very well our 2 ball winning midfielders getting their handbags out and acting like big tough guys but that wasn't the smart, clever and professional thing to do, in fact far from it. So instead of pushing and shoving opponents how about being real leaders and grabbing the game by the scruff of the neck instead.

This of course is where a quality manager comes in, one who says to Meslier just protect you goal son and leave me to sort the rest out. A manager who tells his senior pros to step it up and keep it zipped. To lead by example all week in training and then give it your all on matchdays whether you're needed or not. Funny how we're not hearing anything from the Everton camp since you know who went in, the only voice in the media is Dyche himself stating it's all about hard work and then even more hard work to follow that.

Gut feeling is we're in a much worse scenario than last season so who's out there, who is the guy who can come in and get us fired up in the right way and stop us being such an easy touch ?

Where's this 'senior group of players bossing things' come from eg Bamford and Harrison getting their opinions into stuff?

' Bossing ' is pure speculation which comes from Skoobs stating he's been consulting with the senior pro's leadership group at the club.

I’d not offer a single player a bonus to stay up, that desire should come natural.

Assuming first choices are tied into contracts and unobtainable or they feel timing is wrong, I’d approach the unemployed guys with an expenses only contract or the most basic contracts and a huge bonus if they keep us up

A contract to the end of the season that means there time was virtually minimum wage should we fail but keep us up you’ll get £10m

If they feel they’re good enough they can pocket a bumper day day and they’ll jump at the chance

Unfortunately the big man upstairs is pissed off with us as well, that display was diabolical no two ways about it I said on Saturday Harrison should have walked off with embarrassment sick of this raising his hand like a Messiah and the resultant corner/free kick goes pathetically wayward now I know he wasn't on his own with a sub par performance most of them should be ashamed quite frankly. I will be amazed if we did another escape unfortunately our signings have been found wanting on the whole apart from Adams, gnonto and possibly wober the rest ain't cutting the mustard.....as for orta well there's showing passion that's fine but he's showing contempt to the best fans any club could have and that

The right Guy is the type Orta the chancer is not looking for. Everton got the man we needed last season. What we need is a British coach who takes no **** and subs players early to set an example when needed (harrison /bamford).

Summer of 2017 I stated on here that I thought Radrizani and his mate Orta were a pair of chancers
Skint Radrizzani just wanted Leeds United as a shop window and Orta just wanted a fat wage packet
Fast forward to summer 2021 and I was stupid enough to retract my comments and apologise
I now wish to withdraw my apology’s
And publicly state that Radrizzani is after all a greasy Italian chancer
And Orta is just a wage thief without any class whatsoever

I feel so much better after that rant unfortunately it won’t get us out of the dung heap:mad::steam:

Under Bielsa, in 2020 we tried to sign the CB Gvardiol, it didn’t happen but he provides an insight into the failed move, what impresses me is the bit below:
    https://www.leedsunited.news/news/josko-gvardiol-shares-why-he-snubbed-17m-leeds-move-in-2020/

“I didn’t speak with Bielsa but of course he sends a few people and they came to Zagreb. I met these guys and they show me it was something like a plan how they see me in their style of football. I mean, when they presented it everything looked good and you could maybe see yourself there in that moment.

The detail Bielsa provided, not content with just offering a player a contract, he sent people out with a detailed plan of how that player would fit into our system

I’d settle for a coach that might just have the smallest of chances of getting us out of this. It’s not fair to leave Skubala in place and cop the blame for this.

Sorry but I want a complete clear out. Here’s a plan. Scum have two bidders of 4pm for the club. Obviously there will be a loser. Radz and orta should go to them with a begging bowl
    And bullshit them
    Into buying them
    Out
