I don't understand. Bournemouth at 12.30 on Sat 11th, RM at 8pm on the Wednesday after - how much more of a gap could we have?
it disrupts training. you cannot prepare for 12:30am and have the energy high and everyone's food intake and all that **** optimised then switch and play in evening. you must compromise somewhere. you want to be 100% optimal for the real madrid game. therefore we will be severely compromised for bournemouth
So your issue is that 12.30 Saturday games even exist? That horse has bolted and had several foals by now. Football has had games spread across every single day of the week and various times for yonks - we have to adapt or die.
I hate 12.30 Saturday games for us. We're universally terrible when playing that time slot. I don't know why, but we always, always play dog ****e at 12.30
no, 12:30 is a thing for the Asian football market. we do have to accept that what we should not be accepting is that clubs in the cl are put to this game while there's others who can easily be put in that slot. here is a list of games for example. there's an 8pm game this week. Fulham v wolves. there is not 12:30 game! why not? Chelsea play the week before our game so could play this **** timing. man city are asked to play newcastle at 12:30 on the 4th of march. they do not have a European game the week after. again we play 12:30 then have to play real away right after. massive burden on us. then what happens the week after? no 12:30 game. the next round of the cl will be quarters starting the 11th of April. so far nobody has announced the 12:30 games but guess what will happen. some club will be shafted again
I like 12:30 games. Nice and early for me, have breakfast while watching the game and then have the whole rest of my day open. Better than the later games.that come mid day or late afternoon for me, can't really plan to go far without missing the match.
