Only thing he’s got wrong was stopping the game unnecessarily. And that’s arguable from our rose tinted perspective. He’s having a good day.
All in all a decent half I thought, Tufan looked really lively, Simons excellent on league debut, Longman really dangerous with balls over the top, it's just our end product lacking. Should be a goal or two in front.
Ozan and Dimi are different gravy, I thought he got clipped but yeah looking for it. Doc works hard but touch stinks the gaff out so clumsy. Look a lot better with Simons over Slater.
Simons is playing the Seri role though so not quite sure on the comparison to Slater other than to sneak in your boo boy.
That chance Oscar missed was massive and I don't know how Doch didn't score when he almost bundled it in

Watching from the telly, he's been pretty good. He got the Greaves corner one wrong but apart from the odd game stoppage, he's been decent.
Letting a lot of shoves in the back go which is my only concern, and not booking Woodburn. That sort of leeway can end up escalating.
Yes I did enjoy watching Woodburn get whacked in the chopps by Alfie though. To be fair, he's let most stuff go, apart from Tufan's dive, which was absolutely dreadful
