Same, as much as i joke unless there's an emergency or stuck in traffick there's not much excuse for being late.
I just don't like starting a day feeling rushed but its easy for me because im up early naturally, however there's plenty of people that have sleeping issues and ailments that struggle. Ultimately I don't judge a person by what time they arrive I'd judge their performance ... there's plenty of people that are useless at their job and unfortunately they make sure they're there on time every day and cost everyone else time cleaning up their mess.
I used to be a stickler for being on time but I married a Latino and then went to live in a country with traffic that makes it impossible to predict when you will arrive anywhere. Now I go with the flow - if its down to me I am on time, if not I don't let it stress me out.
That's a bit different because you know, they want to keep to a clear schedule. Doesn't make sense if people wander in all at different times to start dialing. What we did was mostly on emails, I was in charge of a few regions of the UK managing accounts for our biggest client. I just turned up at 8 or 9, can't quite remember, would turn the PC on and then, sit for about 10 minutes pretending to do stuff. Aka, sort out my desk. Then I would get up, walk around the team and ask if they wanted a coffee, spend 10 mins or so, chatting with the other slackers at the coffee machine. By the time I was done, I had turned up to work 5 minutes early but didn't even start attempting any work until around 25 minutes after arrival.
A clear schedule? My first call was anyways “hello, hello, if you can hear me I can’t hear you, sorry”
I think I spoke to CC a few times. I used to work after university so did 8pm to midnight and every other night one of us would get a guy asking for the porn channel to be added. 5 minutes later he’d call back up saying he doesn’t need it anymore
All I can say is people that are on tine always appear to be the first to leave pissed as **** and bouncing off walls
this is true if the are sat around for a few hours whilst the lazy ****s decide to turn up. What is a decent delay in turning up? 30 mins… an hour.. 90 mins… 120 mins… just curious…
As others have attested to...... Sometimes things crop up such as traffic incidents. Elderly gentleman forgetting where he's parked his car, what colour his car is counts as a traffic incident, then likewise said elderly gentleman forgetting to pay parking ticket before getting to parking barriers causes delays. To be fair I think we more than made up for lost time judging by the videos
I can't be the only person who forgets where he parked his car.........or forgets to pay for parking.....
