Yeh definitely, the flavour of well made haleem is special like that. It's made all across south asia and the middle east but huge in Pakistan. Began as peasant food, but as always those end up being the best dishes.
I don't mind pulled pork, but as a whole meal it looks like a plate of stodge, but not in the good winter sense. It's like a plate of how to destroy your kidneys in one meal lol
