Let's just break that down Milky; 1) Radrizani didn't include existing players when 49ers invested. 2) 49ers have likewise excluded Radz from new purchases as they've provided the funding. 3) Radz wanted to sell Harrison as he only had 18 months left and 49ers decided they'd rather pay to keep him. 4) Cresswell deemed not good enough and so Radz wanted to sell, Charlie decided he'll wait until the summer. 5) Radz as majority owner took the decision to sack Marsche after a bad defeat. As we've not won since November and are in a perilous position the term 'whim' is hardly appropriate. Rather he took control and made a decision and then expects his highly paid executives to get on with their job. 6) Pure specualtion that Radz and Orta are not speaking and just therefore stirring the pot. It's not the content of the post but rather the tone of it that suggests there is something amiss going on at ER. Anyway as you say you are just the messenger so what are your thoughts ?
I don't think that it is Orta who has decided that Scoob's will manage the team going forward, I think that it is Radrizzani and the 49ers who have decided that. And for me, both Radrizzani and the 49ers can pack their bags and **** off.I'm tired of the club being run by oversensitive five-year-olds. It is worrying that everyone we have spoken to has turn Leeds down publicly and that the club is unable to attract a new quality manager.Others will take notice of this and I fear this will make it more difficult to get hold of a quality manager.I just hope that it is because of the timing and that we can manage to keep our place in the premier league and can get a quality manager for next season. Right now, I think it is most likely that we will be relegated. But if we manage to win our next two games, things will look a little brighter.
Im sure they'd manage to get a few bob for the setup even if in Championship. What's Mike Ashley at these days
Norway makes some valid points there. we have however not had anyone unemployed knock us back yet. Everyone we seem to have gone for is already in work
Marcelo Gallardo and Tata Martino apparently knocked us back and they’re both unemployed. Or maybe we didn’t actually approach them and it’s the usual made up bollocks.
Problem is we don’t know who has and has not turned us down but if you were a experienced PL manager or a manager rapidly building a reputation elsewhere would you take on Leeds knocking on the door of relegation and with the uncertainty of the current management setup and without a transfer budget I know I wouldn’t We are where we are and need to give the team our full support
Yeah possible but these 2 are a long way from England and packing up and jetting over here can’t be simple, hence looking at the summer?
Well yes they’re far too generous and encourages laziness but keep it to the politics thread eire. Oh you meant those two millionaire unemployed football managers
I am indeed just the messenger. I gave a truncated synopis of the post i referenced, omitting the opinion expressed it was shambles, and Radz' shambles... and that Vic is the glue that holds everything together at Elland Road and is ready to walk himself. So it was toned down if anything. Whim was my term, based on the 'alleged fact' that he didn't seek buy-in from fellow board members and didn't have a succession plan in place. I don't have thoughts on it, might be true, might not be, might have some elements of truth that gave been elaborated on. I have no idea. I will just say this on the poster. He has previously provided information that subsequently proved reliable. He also posted something once that was from the Leeds dressing room, that i knew to be true as i had heard it directly from a player I know. I've no idea what his source is, or whether it's correct on this occasion. But since it's de rigueur on here to quote leeds live to give the impression of being in the know, i didn't think posting something from another board with a disclaimer would render me helpless to the full jammy 'how dare you!' treatment
Only because he realised that having lashed up his chance with Leeds he had no chance with Southampton and was just looking at his termination payment
