Hey @Nacho we have debated on here in the past about whether O'Nien is a midfielder. With you being a staunch advocate and me thinking he's much better in defence. Credit where credit's due - he was brilliant tonight. What an asset he is to be able to do that kind of job, and at full back, and at centre back. And ****ing anywhere.
all this without Stewart, Embleton, Evans and Simms as well, amazing, Clarke again brilliant Patto's save fantastic, surely 43,000 there on Saturday.
That was a great win and a really tough game. and the team are just growing in confidence each week. What’s impressed me is that teams are trying to kick the **** out of us but we have really toughened up.

Whats impressive is even with injuries the players stepping in seem to know the role they need to perform. On top of that they are doing it very very well.
I doubt he gives a **** about the result. He was at Wrexham on Saturday, Man City on Sunday, Liverpool on Monday and QPR tonight. He'll probably be at Arsenal tomorrow. He's having a lovely old time.
QPR commentary team were class. Not just getting our players names wrong, but their own players aswell. Apparently Patto is 6'6" aswell
We have got something going here havent we. These last 2 performances have shown we can dig in. Defensively we look really strong. Ballard and Baath are pretty bomb proof. Superb full backs. We have a really creative base in the middle but they can dig as well. We are maintaining that wonderful football style, but adding a steel and a streetwise side to our game. At 1-0 we wasted a bit of time, slowed everything down, and then when we got the second and their heads went we really went at them and could have had another 1 or 2. I keep saying it but save some pennies for Wembley.
