    So very much better.
Now, who was it that scored the first goal?

Excellent free kick from a certain Perry Ng..

Cheeky of Robbo to go for goal when expected to go to the corner...

Have to say though, we looked like we were panicking like mad after taking the lead, some of our clearances were dreadful <doh>

Still lots of work to do but that's a BIG monkey off our backs...

    The run starts now!

    C'mon City!!!

How did Birmingham score 4 at the rust bucket and beat WBA?

Anyway first double of the season.

ps Not sure Etete & Kaba as a top 2 works.

    Forgot the game was on.
A late tea with our daughter coming round for a visit.
Only just catching up. A clean sheet and a couple goals.
    Woohoo.
Left it late, but a very, very valuable 3 points,
    Onwards and upwards, hopefully.

No they both looked like Bambi on ice. Robinson made a big difference with his chasing down if defenders.

Softened them up a bit maybe. At least we have different options up front now.

If only we had a left back. O'Dowda could be the one to feed the strikers.

I hope, like me, we're all walking with a bit of a bounce in our stride today and smiles on our faces.

What a difference a day can make.

It wasn't pretty, in particular the first half, but if this is to be our approach for the next 14 games and ensures Championship survival then so be it.

However this success needs to be continued v Reading on Friday, traditionally a tough fixture. Their win v Rotherham last night will have given them a boost. McGuinness' dual with Andy Carroll, who usually has a good game against us, will be key and show how much McGuinness has improved - I hope.

    We won!!!!

Can't stop. I've got Ng"s goal playing on a loop and I don't want withdrawal symptoms.

Tell you what, it was so good to walk away from St Andrews last night with a win. It makes so much difference to your well being, particularly after going so long without a win. Well deserved City and the players and fans, who didn't stop singing, were at one. Best chant of the night, we're only here cos we're single!

Have to say, I was a little gutted that my pun regarding our new striker either wasn't picked up on or you all chose to ignore it as it was so corny.... <laugh>

If Kaba nets, will we be able to shelve plans for relegation???

Personally I was pretty pleased with that one!!
