Well there’s not a great deal you can do there without throwing a foot in and taking a big risk of giving away a penalty, shepherd the guy wide so he can’t get sight of goal, and hope that people are covering the ball into the box. There was a huge gap between midfield and defence for the ball to go through and nobody tracking the runner.

It's not about bashing Longman, it's trying to understand what position he is supposed to be playing, not all questions are aimed at criticism. He has either been given a free role or he is not doing what he is in the team for.

 

Slater and Longman both pish. Woods non existent. I fear a bumming.

 

Didn't do brilliantly for their goal, but massive deflection was needed to beat Ingram, can't criticise the lads here, Norwich are properly on it, playing some v good football. Let's hope we can get in at 1 all and take it from there

 

We need a proper gobby, never shuts up captain. Gives the bollockings and gets in the refs ear. Greaves ain't that.
