VVD, Jota, and Firmino on the bench, only expected Jota to be there. Team is as expected, very slow midfield so expect us to be overrun.
it really depends on how Everton approach this. Everton have dropped in simms as lone striker with macneill and iwobi to provide the extra full backs in a back 6. it's 451 just like arsenal. so over run might be too strong a word. Once we have it I expect us to be able to hold it as there won't be pressure on the cbs. it's all about breakaways and frees imo. it's a slog in the middle and we have put the growlers in. surprised milner is not in as well. subs are going to be interesting. 20mins for vvd, jota? 30mins for keita?
The worry is being outnumbered in the midfield with two of our three not as young as they used to be, bit like myself really
the most important thing is to not let Everton put decent ball out at their wingers. we should eat the kid up front alive. if er rush the clearances etc we will have the possession. but scoring will be difficult.
Yeah we really need to start quick and hope one ends up in the net early, can see us then playing fluid and confidently
it's one of those that no matter when we score I expect us tho throw one in stupidly sadly. Everton will have to work a set price here or get a break on us. I don't see this as a rampage from them. it's set up for 30% possession smash and grab
Onana is a good player, I also rate Gray but Dyche leaves him on the bench which suits us as he is fast
onana is a brick **** house. I agree gray being out due to dyche ball suits us better. I think the wide two in the 451 with be the key men. we need salah and whoever is our lw (please not nunez) to stay high and wide and scare them and their fullbacks in staying deep.
