I don't get this mentality, surely be there and sourcing yourself what to do once you get there is better than sitting in the UK doing fook all. SKY have reporters out there, they would be able to guide you of the routes to go and the locations most likely to be needing his assistance. Turkey and especially Syria might not be able to communicate all the time, sometimes you have to use your own initiative. I'm sure this guy does some good work and means well, but come on, stop making excuses it's a disaster zone ffs.
