analysing the Everton game v arsenal we find some very classic burnely defending instantly coming to light. they really want to defend the width of the six yard box, leaving no gaps to exploit. hence my view that all the space will be wide. I expect Everton to want to compress the space to one side of the pitch and shuffle across so there will be space for big switches from one side to the other but it must be done quickly. on the other hand dyche may not have much of an out ball against us but its absolutely crucial that we close down rapidly and intensely to prevent aim punts at whoever they park up in the channels for runs and bring their side up.
what folk can expect to see tomorrow night. though it seems the joining steels are already going in and sone clear cladding up there is starting.
just a quick note. the press are making a big thing about dyche being militant or nuts cos he banned snoods and gloves etc in training. this could become an Everton legend if they win tonight. but where does dyche get it? straight off bill shankley playbook
Law of averages. All his shots are bound to be on target this game. 26 goals is a lot, but I have faith...
look Leeds did try their best to get something out of man utd twice. Its the least we can do to match our results against leeds and everton for remainder of season. (hockey both of them) I mean it COULD happen.
you lot are living the dream! I don't know what kind of entitlement leads to the thought that a Leeds fan seeing their side in the prem after all that happened...
I am still going by this. there's going to be zero space in the middle. only way to goals is through wide channels and/or beating a man nunez and gakpo need to get in the box for headers and not be outside it. Elliott lw for me and help robbo over lap. look for big switch off trent and let salah stay high and wide.. I'd not let trent run into middle at all and would want him goal side of iwobi for 90% of this game. Everton main
