You just have to make sure the nut is tightened properly so the steering wheel does not come loose

When I asked my local garage if they would tighten my nuts all I got was a punch in the face.

If only he'd used a Hornet instead of a fly...

You never know she might be one of those strange people who actually mean that or she just takes the F out of everything she does

I use a Kindle Fire and I absolutely despair at the spelling autocorrect. Does my head in, especially if writing a long post: you just don't see the words changing. It changes legitimate words into something else with no logical reason to and changes the context. Absolutely hate it.

Eat your heart out Fez I have an Apple iMac and it actually rewrites sentences as I type, I have to proofread at least twice and even then it could still be wrong

I wonder how the modern generation would cope if suddenly they had to actually write or type out letters and documents, or even worse do basic Maths by hand as we used to do at School

Can't you just switch autocorrect off?

Perhaps you need to explain which meaning of "bent" you mean. My 1970's OED lists three, but I can think of another one which is not listed and also a fifth when used as a surname.

Walked away with large brown envelope in his pockets, but in the spirit of the game maybe he was just too incompetent to referee a Sunday League under 5 match
