With NP's track record I reckon he will try to buy some of our players. I'm hoping that he doesn't manage to get any of our future Man Utd loan players, our ex-manager Warren Joyce is at Utd and he has been doing us quite a few favours recently. Realistically I think the players NP will go for are: Chester, Hobbs, Rosenior and Stewart. As I've said elsewhere we should hold out for: £4m, £2m, £5m and £3m. Knowing our luck with transfers it will turn out to be £2m, £1m, £3m and £2m! That's your £8m war chest NP is being provided with.....looks ominous. Just wait for some hypocritical Tiger fan comments as we try to poach a manager from another club, just like you have done with NP. I do hate the way football has become all about the money.
Im not sure that I can see how Fryatt and Hobbs have gained in value since we shipped them out to Hull. Also Fryatt was a good goalscorer here whilst playing week in week out but a couple of weeks on the bench or out of the squad and one again he looks like he could joinj the roly polys. With our current squad I really dont see a regular place for either of the3m.
I think once he sees what we have, he shouldn't need Hobbs or Fryatt back, they were surplus under Sven, Hes likely to play Nugent and Schlupp up front with Howard/Beckford on the bench. Bamba may haveto stop his "crazy runs" under Nigel though. pearson does like defenders to actually defend

Hobbs woul be 5th choice - so I doubt he willbe coming .. Fryatt again would struggle to get ahead of the incumbents Beckford, Nugent, Schlupp and Vassell ..
I would have Fryatt over Vassell any day of the week but not over Nugent or Beckford. Dont forget Super Steve aswell and Waggy will return
If Pearson has the guts to come back trying to get HULL CITY players, then it says a lot about Leicester- they have INFERIOR PLAYERS that wont get promotion. Personally I feel Hull with have a clause that he cannot come knocking on the door trying to take players with him for a year or two!
There is no such clause mate for starters. We dont want any of your players. Apart from a winger or 2 we have a complete squad I find the irony funny though as all Hull have done is go after our players (Solano, Fryatt, Hobbs and Waghorn)

Looks like some of you guys need a bigger reality check than you've already had You've spent millions on a (so far) underachieving squad, have sacked your manager after 16 games and are set to re-appoint the manager that walked out on you not too long ago...... And you stil think you are the best in the division... talk about deluded. I echo a previous post.. go get some humility, you need it!
On paper, I certainly think we have one of the best defences. But your right to say they have been underachieving, has have the whole team. I think Nige will certainly sort us at the back, that's his speciality. Isn't it funny that the Cardiff fans are suddenly resurfacing?

From what we all know about NP he has his favourites. Expect at least two Hull CIty players to follow NP, on eof them being Hobbs.
Which former Southampton players did he bring to Leicester then? With you it was different. He knew we would have a yard sale of some pretty good Championship players as we looked to bring in players with Prem experience. Bringing Hull players to Leicester now would be a backwards step.
