BBC Southampton boss Nathan Jones, speaking to MOTD: "Look, I'm feeling a lot of emotions really. I'm really disapponted. We had control of the game. When they went down to 10, we were a bit apprehensive but I thought we controlled the game. "We had a glorious chance to make it two and we didn't and that seemed to galvanise them. "We made substitutions to get more aggression and energy. We lack confidence. We had enough opportunities but lacked quality. "I think the fans saw a team on the front foot and who created chances. We didn't get that second goal that was so vital."
Why has Blackmore taken a personal dislike of Jones? He isn't even a Saints fans yet constantly on at Jones, which isn't like him at all. Surely there must be more to it than just not rating him or liking his comments in interviews.
10 Man Wolves. Not 10 man Man City 10 man Arsenal, or 10 man Liverpool. 10 man Wolves with the worst away record (other than us) also known as Wolves 'don't win away or score away' Wolves.
I doubt even God himself will have the stomach to respond to NJ's prayers before beddie byes tonight.
Reporter: "Nathan, what made you sign James Bree?" Nathan Jones: "Those idiots on not606 were giving me a hard time, they even put a Jones Out thread after my first game, so I thought I'd try to endear myself to them and they could do their silly cheese puns" Reporter: "Did it work?" Nathan Jones: "No, as I didn't realise they had moved on to fish puns. I am in the wrong Plaice"
Honestly I feel so, so low about the club right now. I followed us down to league one, I went to the European away days. I will always be a saints fan. But I don’t think I will go to another game until this utter, utter **** is out of the club. I can handle relegation but I can’t handle this deluded knob head spouting his delusional nonsense and playing this horrific football. I can’t do it.
Which is why fans don't like him, but seems like its personal with Adam Blackmore. Starting to look a bit unprofessional really. Liking twrets calling him a narcisist is a bit weird for someone usually so professional. Makes me think there is more to it.
If I had to guess, we're in for a whole bunch of stories about Jones' treatment of players, starting approximately ten minutes after he is sacked.
Zero chance. Burnley are so far clear of 3rd place, he's basically guaranteed being a PL manager in three months time.
