Well, for 15 minutes. Why can our central defenders not get headers on target from set pieces. They regularly win the ball but miss the target.

We need to move Sargent up front, his hold up and lay off play is so much better

 

One huge and obvious lack is any leadership on the pitch from our "senior" players. You can't expect the likes of Sargent, Sara, Núñez to lead; Pukki will lead by example, but that's not enough. We need someone authoritative to be Wagner's on-pitch lieutenant and kick backsides when necessary. I think Smith hoped Hayden would be that man; shame that injury has deprived us of his experience and mentality.
