Rosie is creating the right mentality in the squad.... If you get a chance, play well then you keep your place. Your performance drops and you lose your place. It's the correct way of doing it ATM for us
Agree, it's like saying Darlow should start because technically he's a better keeper than Ingram. But what sort of message does that send? Anyone outside the XI wouldn't bother trying as they'd know they can't do anything to earn a start.
If you're referring to Greaves, since hes been replaced at centre back, we've stopped shipping so many goals, since he missed the last two games at L B we haven't let any in - sorry but ok going forward but not good enough defending- right decision by Rosie
It's completely fake, as soon as either Elder or Ingram makes a slight error or it's a poor team performance, they'll be dropped. But that won't work both ways
