Im sure i remember @Scout73 mentioned him as one to try and get on loan from Man Utd at the beginning of the season. Likes a yellow card but has looked quality tonight.
Hannibal has put in a couple of tremendous corners mind. The lad earlier in the first half missed a sitter at the back post when it was 0-0. Could be game over unless WBA wake up. The daft twat should have went to Leeds.
Chelsea have (rightly) taken a lot of stick for the amount of money they've spent but they have some lovely footballers. Joao Felix looks like the world class player in a roaming role that he was never allowed to be at Atletico. Badiashille looks like the big, strong centre back that they thought they were getting in Koulibaly. But the jewel in the crown will be Enzo Fernandez. He's a tenacious defensive midfielder and creative deep-lying playmaker rolled into one. A superb footballer who will only get better.
Awful defending from James and ball watching from Madueke and Emerson has an easy finish at the back post. 1-1.
He was clearly offside without any need for VAR, and yet VAR still looked at it for about 90 seconds, zooming in on multiple occasions. That's 3 goals disallowed in this game now (all correctly).
