I would leave it as it is for now, unless the Sat-Tue-Sat kicks in for one of them, more likely Michut.

We were superb tonight imo, ref was weak as piss, getting a bit pissed off how we never get **** all, but proud that the lads don’t act like bitches like the rest of the footballing world rolling around at every opportunity.

I wouldn't change Neil and Michut but O'Nien looked good in midfield, played some accurate forward passes to feet and looked switched on in general.

Fulham were an absolute embarrassment with the time wasting, even started in the first half!

Something needs to be done about it throughout the leagues as the players know fine well there will be no consequences most of the time.

Other than that I thought we were superb once we stopped giving them too much respect. Lads can be proud of that performance.

Didn't you hear Mowbray's pre-match press conference? O'Nien is trying to become Stewart's replacement! :emoticon-0105-wink:

    Proud.

It was a bit of a slow start, we were sloppy on the ball and kept giving it away in our own half and they punished us. A good finish unfortunately. We rallied and stayed in it and I think the noise from the crowd said it all that we all felt we'd have a spell. After the half hour we settled and started to play through and around them. Its a feature without a striker that we've nobody who fancies taking a chance and pulling the trigger which is frustrating at times but we get in good areas.

Second half we started better and the key moment of the tie is the one where we absolutely carve them open and its cleared off the line from Amads shot. Two mins later they make it 2-0. Still, heads didn't drop and we kept trying to play. On the night they showed their quality and were able to pick us off but I never felt out the game. Credit as we scored two very good goals and kept a top half PL side honest.

    On to Saturday.

I did yeah 15 goals a season guaranteed apparently haha. Fair play to him he's not shy.

To be fair if we did want a physical player upfront to hold the ball up and defend from the front he's probably the best we've got after Gelhardt.

They had some luck tonight mind, from the referee performance to every single loose ball somehow ending up at one of their players feet.

good build up as well, we may be building a rep for such goals...few 'lucky' shots but plently well worked goals it is a joy to watch.

I honestly didn't realise that Dan James was playing for Fulham until their 3rd goal went in and they were celebrating down in front of where I sit. I hate Dan James like.

I watched it on tv and had no idea he either played for them or was on the pitch at any point. Guess the Man United move didn't work out then.
