Better than I thought expected the usual drubbing, just disappointed after going 2 up didn't see a tap no stream working for me but I would have settled for a point beforehand so......do em in front of the Telford on Sunday
A shame we didn't get the 3 points but the lads gave everything. Wish they'd played like that at Florist. Is it just me or did it seem that nearly every time the ball bounced around from a tackle or deflection it went to a scum player.
the boys gave everything to a man , everyone is well pleased with that performance and an exciting game to watch thoroughly entertaining
Glad we held out, I think if we’d have lost that from 2-0 up, it would have been more damaging to the confidence than getting thumped 5-0 At 2-0 I was shaking my head thinking beat Man U and Liverpool on their own ground, beat Chelsea 3-0 and who’d have not took that at the start of the season and not thinking the table was upside down
No it wasn't, it was because they were all chasing the ball around the centre circle, we played a bit wider tonight and it paid off, may have done in earlier games if we had played that way
A point is more than I was expecting and has restored a level of faith in the team. Really hope we can go one further on Sunday.
I said to my mate on sunday that it would be just like us to get a result at the Toilet, we play better against the so called top clubs, someone else said the same thing on here
Fantastic game. Have to say I’m thrilled with that point. If only we could add a quality manager to that squad but tonight’s performance might help to attract one
gutted. there 2nd goal just shows what happens when ur down the bottom end koch blocks the ball and goes straight to sancho. Scum seemed to get all the luck on the 2nd balls. we dug in at the end and didn't deserve to lose and rightly didn't. we just can't seem to fathom out how to head the ball first on set pieces crosses. Ayling going forward can't fault him defending though he really struggles gets beat and can't get off the ground when heading. I guess a point here is a good point but am i being greedy/biased in thinking we could of should of had 3? can't fault the commitment out there tonight well done lads.
