Ffp being enforced isn't going to happen.... not yet anyway.

It's all about building defences and firing warning shots.

Also the super league didn't go ahead because Chelsea and City pulled out.

Chelsea are now American owned in 10th place , so if they get hardball City I forsee the super league emerging again.

Liverpool will be keen that's for sure.. arsenal and Tottenham were desperate to join and last to pull out.

Let them go and have their NFL style tournament. It quickly become boring.

Wowzers.

The PL literally need to make a massive example of them or they will have no credibility in world football.

I honestly think Man City are ****ed. They can paper over cracks but they can’t build planets.

Again the only thing that surprises me is that anyone’s surprised.

“We need £20m. Can you get Etisalat to sponsor the, erm, sandwiches for that? Great. Can they chuck in another £50m if we put the name on a few bus stops? Champion.”

My favourite is the one where they paid them in Euro's and they couldn't make the wage run <laugh><laugh><laugh>

If these are genuine there is some pretty damning and quite amusing stuff there. The one from the Etihad guy asking Man City for an invoice so he can pay the money that's already been transferred to them by the owners, as its burning a hole in his wallet, is great.

With only around a third of this evidence, UEFA decided to have them chucked out of Europe for 2 years and a £30m+ fine. On appeal to CAIS they got the ban repealed and the fine reduced. I believe the appeal process meant more evidence disappeared (everything pre-2018 if memory serves), so it was easy to dodge.

The PL have no time-bound rules, there's no CAIS to take it to. So every shred of evidence can, and will, be brought forward. These emails are just the comms on it; I would imagine the PL has stacks of filings that don't add up as well.

Also ffp becoming a real enforced thing?

This was created by an Arsenal fan to show their dominance IF City were to be expelled and their results so far this season all nullified.

I know this scenario won't happen, but just just take a look!

And yet City are STILL all over the transfer gossip pages, being linked with big money summer moves for Bellingham & Maddison in this morning's papers. The tabloids just can't help themselves, it's a drug for them. <laugh><laugh>
