Yes, but it ain't gonna happen. All the serious charges thrown at clubs haven't led to anything serious beyond points deduction (even the 30 points Luton got won't get them relegated). If there's tax dodging then HMRC may ask to wind them up if they can't pay the fine, but that's unlikely. The ones wound up are usually skint anyway.

I disagree, I think they might. FFP was designed to keep the traditional “big” clubs from being challenged. Man City are the upstarts that have upset them. The only way to gate crash was to be clever around their investment. My view, so what if a rich owner wants to invest his money in his club if he’s not loaded the club with debt. Better than some of the chancers they’ve let buy our club taking it to the point of near extinction.
Next season Leeds will push on up premiership as long as we survive this season that's good enough for me , if we survive next season we will not be far off European football
