Yes, but more people from a wider area will look at the online edition and form their opinions of Hull from that.
Well, considering both played yesterday, we played on Saturday, and they’re arranged by order of publication, hardly unsurprising. But don’t let facts get in the way.
Ever seen that many articles about a City friendly? Or that many about City the day after a league game? No?
Fair point, but I'm going to be parochial* so buy the East Riding edition or tough titties. *Door ajar. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
It is decades since I bought that rag. Just think how many billionaires in the past have thought about buying City but after reading the online edition of the HDM decided rugby league is the big thing in Hull and lost interest.
Using the fingers on Abu Hamza's hands, not many. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
True, I remember being in a pub in Stoke pre game a few years ago, and one of the locals said to me “Hull’s a rugby town isn’t it? I looked at the sport page on the Hull Daily Mail and there was 2 more articles about rugby league than there was about football”.
And was that during their close season and like now more articles about rugby league than the club who is in the middle of their season?
I heard there was one wanting to invest and give Acun a chunk. Then he heard a pint of Carling had gone up…
Time to change the batteries in your hearing aids? Just recycled the HDM's (the blue bin not the toilet) from last Wednesday onward, every day was City full back page and also the inside back two pages. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Well done Rover, you've reached 'z' in the alphabet, next week we'll try you with a few simple words then progress to a sentence or two. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
Most of us with no interest in rugby simply go directly to the City page, I never see anything non-City in the sport pages of HDM online.
As we are talking the online edition that is irrelevant. Ever thought how many pints you could get with the money you spend on buying the HDM?
And why should City fans have to do that when the main page is full of stuff about two teams with less support than City? Not to mention all the stuff they have on there about rugby clubs that have no connection to Hull. Defending and excusing the rag is ridiculous.
