Today won't decide the PL title.
The result of your imminent game with them, might.

Such a privilege to be around this era of having Harry Kane. Been witnessing and have now witnessed history.

Phenomenal player and surpasses legendary status for us now.

As per Everton yesterday, why not that level of effort and commitment every week?
Unrecognisable from the team which has been so passive in the first half of so many games recently.
Utd could be 2nd by the time City play again - which is the important thing to take from today.

Wow, what a brilliant performance and win.

Firstly huge congratulations to Harry Kane - spurs highest scorer surpassing the incredible Jimmy Greaves. Got to 200 premier league goals faster than Shearer Rooney and all of the other premier league greats.

Our much criticised defence ( and rightly so on many occasions) were magnificent tonight. So compact, brave and organised.
Our attacking three bullied the City defence but as others have said Hojbjerg and Emerson were absolutely superb.

Sometimes they both lack in technique but in terms of strength, desire and passion they bleed Tottenham.

Can't wait to see Porro starting games but you can't deny Emerson is excellent defensively and gives it all on the pitch.
When Hugo eventually leaves I'd love to see Hojbjerg as club captain.

Really proud of the boys tonight.

Just because nobody has mentioned him, Bentancur was also wonderful

Absolutely. Far more important than a 53 year old record falling.

After the last City Game there was a team meeting. A lot of the players and coaching staff talked about the effect of the death of our coach before the world cup and how they hadn't grieved as a team cos of the world cup break.

Apparently the whole squad and coaching team looked after each other.

Since then we have played 3 games. We've beaten Fulham away 1-0 (deserved) PNE away 3-0 (deserved) and City 1-0 (deserved).

Maybe the team have turned a corner together

    Officials even wearing City's colours....

Has Grealish got out of Emerson's pocket yet?

What a great team performance, as others have said Emerson and Hojbjerg were unreal, would never have guessed that Royal had that performance in his locker and to be honest he has had 2 good games in a row. Also good to see green chutes of recovery in Sonnys form, his dribbling was so much better than in recent weeks. Thought Dier was very solid today as well.

Hats off to Harry what a player

And Pep has still not won at either WHL or the new stadium.

He needs to get up off the ground first.

We look like a team again...like we did on last season's run in. If we keep that up, there's no game that we can't win.

Credit to Walker for doing the interview but what a bitter twat ... "when you play against 5 at the back" <laugh>

Our 12 attempts to their 15 ... and we created the better chances.

Whining about not getting a penalty <laugh>

What penalty? The one that Rhodri clattered Hugo after he had punched it away?
Said earlier, wouldn't have been surprised if it had been given, but to complain about it after is just ridiculous. What a twat!
