I started the day saying that I have an open mind about NJ's tenure so far because he's only just started with us but today has been a very poor one for him in all aspects. The match was a truly weak display from us lacking in any identity or passion and I don't want to see Mo El, and Diallo starting when we have better options and the Salisu/JannyB CB partnership is an accident waiting to happen with no chemistry between them. NJ is doing himself no favours by suggesting that his team selection and tactics are influenced by the fans and maybe the board and shirking personal responsibility and it won't wash with anybody. Once he's alienated the fanbase (and board) then it's difficult to see a way back for him barring a winning run of results.
Whilst he’s been improved since Jones got here (probably the only player who can say that), he is a big reason why we were so **** this season when Ralph was here.
Whilst he was ****, he was playing deeper & in a role that didn't suit him because of the Lavia injury and Romeu leaving. The club ****ed him over big time.
Disagree, he’s literally the only player that can score and assist. He’s run the furthest in every game. He is our best player and has been let down massively
JWP is clearly at odds with the youth policy. He misses Romeu (as do we) and he sees that this is a stupid situation to put kids into. He is certainly angrier at the board i think than the manager, but he hasn’t credited the managed with doing anything the kit man couldn’t have done!
I've made my mind up. I'm not going next week. I think I will stay at home and enjoy watching my RoboVac clean.
Imagine what JWP would be capable of in a good team. The mind truly wonders. As respectful as Nathan Jones seems to be about assuming our pronouns, he gives off the air of someone who's already drawn a conclusion - that we're ****ed - and therefore holds no responsibility for the nature of our ****ing. Grim stuff.
