Good thing about Rafa is that he's shown he's happy to manage in the Championship (and with success). Didn't see it as "beneath him" like many big names would. We don't really want to a four month only appointment.

I think it's pretty obvious what I was trying to say. He is, both mentally and physically, a small man. Small Man Syndrome is a well-known saying. However, I do apologise for the phrase, I didn't want it to upset anyone here. We have been managed by small men before and they have not been as useless or hostile as Jones.

I am really struggling to see who we can get in that might want to come here at this stage. If we are desperately wanting to survive, who is actually left that has proven ability for that kind of job? The market has moved on and we have been left behind. Bring someone in with an eye on the Championship - At 62 would Benitez really want to repeat the Newcastle part of his career? Would Scott Parker give up Club Brugge to go back to the Championship again? Nigel Pearson return? I just don’t see a way forward, SR have well and truly ****ed it.
