Surely the best murderers are the ones we don't know about yet as they haven't been caught..

    Jack the Ripper wasn't caught.
Dr Shipman was possibly the most successful. Wish he was my GP, ****ing old bastards clogging up the waiting room.

But if we don't know about them, then they're probably not ripping any trees so to speak.

He was pretty prolific to be fair. 13 was it? Numbers-wise he blows his predecessor Jack out of the water.

The Zodiac killer was never caught, but he was pretty ****-hot.

Shipman very much quantity over quality though. It was all a numbers game for the doc, but not much style.

2 in fact, released within about 12 months of each other. I've only seen the one with Robert Downey Jr, Jake Gyllenhaal and Mark Ruffalo in though, which was good. But apparently the other one ia ****.

Apparently there was an earlier Zodiac film released on 1971 too.

It's not who was the best, it's who is the best known and Jack the Ripper wins hands down.

Edit: I believe Mr Sutcliffe used a hammer.

Did he not use a blade to cut their stomachs? Hammer over the napper and straight in with a knife.

Aye but when Jack was on the go the police were in their infancy.

No real techniques to work with did they?
