I totally agree with Stu and this thread, it's totally ruining the board, the rules aren't being enforced on one thread and he's making a mockery of the board. The only option when boundaries are being broken is for total removal.

The guy gets on mine and MOST other peoples tits - i havnt heard from Ponders recently - has he left becasue of him? i know that Tewkes has trimmed his posts because of him - how many more times do people have to keep saying these things before he's booted into touch ??

Stu, JA often gets on my nerves but what nearly drove me away from this board before wasn't just him but the number of people just posting about him, by reacting you are like him taking up space that could be used discussing Charlton, just like he does. That's what WWOBC and IA are trying to say too, I think. This board is by far the best place for Charlton fans since 606 went, better than 606 in fact. JA is a Charlton fan, an annoying one I grant you. Please let's not fill the board with anti-Acworth stuff as well as all the Acworth stuff, just ignore him if you want to.
This is serious now - Tewkes has joined Charlton Life! (I assume it's you) I've kept out of the JA debate so far, just add him to your ignore list every time he comes up with a new name, it only takes a few seconds, and don't bother even looking at anything he says. It's what keeps me sane* *says a man who tried to get out of fighting by putting a pair of underpants on his head.
Super - I'm not sure if you are aware but you can merge all these JA threads in to one, it will then lock all the merged threads down and leave them active in one place only. Normally it will select the oldest thread as the main home, I guess that would be Ackworths articles or whatever it's called - you can do all this yourself with no need for communication. If you need any help just send me a PM brb
I know a number of regular members stopped posting due to JA. While I've always preferred to just read instead of posting even I've felt the urge to post less. *shrugs*
I shall not comment on this as I'll be repeating myself, made my feelings quite clear on this matter and I've offered guidance to JA. You can only help those who wish to be helped.
Super and I are dealing with it - 1) Jon should NOT change his name again 2) he should only post on his own thread If he does not then perhaps a bit of a holiday
I probably haven't been substantially missed, but I have to admit the repeated stupid articles and discussion of them (combined with lack of time on my part with a new job) meant I lost interest in the forum, which was a real shame.
