Was making a few litres of vegetable pasta sauce to freeze down for easy Xmas meals when family are over. The made some mushroom pasta sauce for later this week. I usually cook meals at the weekend so we can just warm them through and save time.
Saw the challenge and he did look in a lot of pain. Trying to be optimistic but we seem cursed with these serious injuries. Real shame for Connor and the club: Bruce looked pretty upset to see him go off, although I thought Ji looked alright in his cover. One things for sure though - our search for a quality striker is even more vital now.

For a quick meal that tastes amazing, chop up some onion and bacon, fry it (add some garlic if you want), add chopped tomatoes/passata. Add to pasta, maybe a bit of basil if you're feeling fancy, and there you have it.
Actually I'm on SSP at the moment. Wish I could get back to graft but that twat on the head I got a bit ago has left my equalibrium ****ed. Still have to go back to hospital for three different tests. Seriously hoping the doctors will allow me back before the end of November.
