Renault need a team leader for next year.
Someone who can instantly manage the team's progress and help them develop the car, not more pay drivers or inexperienced GP2 drivers.
    They desperately need Kubica back.

They had Nick Heidfeld but Boullier decided to be a dick.

Maybe they should think consider Barrichello?

Heidfeld deserved the sack. He just wasn't the team leader they needed him to be.

He outscored Petrov, despite having a lot of back luck. He had the experience to lead the team and the technical knowledge to give good feedback. He had some issues in qualifying, but he also scored a good amount of points for the team!

By two points. That was the problem. He was expected to stand in for Kubica instead he was another Petrov. He infact only scored more points due to Petrovs crashes and errors. In raw pace he is no quicker than Senna or Petrov. They are just relitve rookies without consistancy or racecraft

Imo Renault are once again blaming the drivers for much deeper problems. How many times have they said something along the lines of "if only we had Kubic" Ignoring their dreadful development and desperate strategies.

As for Grosjean, No Better than the two they've got. Will disapoint.

Most of all they need the funds to develop next year's car over the course of the season.
