At that price, you'd like to think it maybe is Dembele and a winger/forward (eg Sulemana) that we're after. £3m is loose change to a PL side. But as has been said, we're surely not the only side in for him at that price.
For Dembele, we aren't a terrible move I don't think. Starts every game from day 1 (not necessarily the case at other teams mentioned) and if he scores a handful of goals between now and the end of the season gets a massive pay day from Arsenal or similar. We've wanted him for a while too. If he flops it will be because he's in a **** team and he gets a slightly lesser pay day but still to a top team. Going to West Ham or Everton if riskier for my money. Get him in!

Despite my negative earlier post if we do somehow bring in a striker, winger and up our offer for Hjulmand then it would be a good window on paper. But so much still to go.
