Think I’d prefer Elder left-back and Greaves left centre-half but that would be harsh on McLoughlin.

Didn't want that to end. First time I've said that about a home game for a very long time

And a decent opportunity without getting written off immediately.

slater can be frustrating at the top end of the pitch at times but i thought in the second half when they were on top, he showed exactly why rosie plays him

I just don't like Elder defensively. I just felt they had a lot more joy down the left than they would have if Greaves was playing

Huddersfield, Blackpool and Sunderland... all 'ifs and but we didn't'... we would be 6th.... I hope we're going to time a run to perfection...

He was. This is true. Just goes to show not to write anyone off if a move doesn't work out.

Yeah but Tufan and Elder drastically changed the tempo and how we approached the game. We still played out from the back but we were quicker and more direct with it. We had less of the ball but still dominated for most of the game.

Tufan passing between the lines often and Letting Christie go running. Want to see more of them two down the right.

I just don’t buy the ‘Tufan is better as an impact sub’. We look miles better when he plays, whether he comes off the bench or starts.

Him and Seri at times playing between themselves are so good to watch. I completely agree with you, he can frustrate but no chance should he not be starting with his ability on the ball, was obviously playing for the shirt today as well.
