    Jones won't be the one on the pitch. If we lose both then the squad players will be either unlucky, outplayed or can't be bothered. Personally I take the view that once they cross that white line, they have certain responsibilities to give their best and never give up. The manager takes the hit if the set up doesn't work but that still does not excuse players, earning 000's per week not trying to win and being watched by those paying hard earned cash to buy tickets.
    Now I happen to think NJ has a good relationship with his players and lack of effort won't be the issue, being outplayed by better players is something every team faces from time to time, that is possible of course, but I think we will get through at least one successfully if not both. .

    2 pages match day morning says a lot about this game & our present situation. PL & even CCup SF probably on minds but the “new forward” noise is just deafening. I do hope SR are working furiously behind the scenes. Not convinced if I’m honest.
