Key assist for the FA Cup winning goal and scored a hat-trick in the Premier League all time record away win ... well worth the money ... I love the guy too.

Think there was a genuine feeling he flattered to deceive when at Newcastle. Definite quality but would go missing for lengths, compare him to someone like Maddison and I'd say its clear he wasn't really a 30m player but 20m was about right so it's not like it was a transfer shocker. Personally think his skillset just doesn't quite fit most positions in the English game, if he'd gone to Italy I suspect he'd have done very well.

That’s only happened once since 2009 so hopefully at least finish in the top 6

Anthony Gordon, apparently missed training for the 3rd day in a row today. Rumours were that Chelsea, Tottenham and Newcastle were interested. Then Chelsea weren't interested (he'd be around their 10th choice winger surely) and then Tottenham are apparently cooling their interest.

It's a race I hope Newcastle don't win really. Is he actually better than i think he is?

You may do mate if you're the only one in it.

I'm not sure the tabloids aren't putting a spin on his absence from training. There's also noise that he was told by the club not to come in.

I’ll never be so happy for my club to bottle something again as much as I would be for us to not sign that useless ****. Just looks like a **** as well. He’s a double ****.

    I hope we don't sign him. I'm absolutely terrified we'll spend £30m+.

If we do sign him though I'll tell myself that Howe managed to turn Almiron and Joelinton into actually very good players and Gordon has already shown more in the EPL than they had pre-Howe. Not sure it's a realistic tactic of "buy terrible players and hope the manager can make them good".

Even putting aside he's a diving pussy, I just don't get the hype in him from a talent perspective, literally every single Premier League club has at least one player like him in their reserves/ academy where they show a bit of skill but have little substance, only difference is Everton's been so **** they've been able to provide him chances.

I do he's perfect for our press and no more Murphy.

Teams won't like putting up with him and Almiron mate . Two absolute pests

    Looks done almost

We’ve already taken one for the team by signing Richarlison.

Someone else has gotta take this one I’m afraid.

Heard this from the appointment of howe but they've done pretty well so far. I particularly like the idea of doing this deal so late that Everton don't have time to replace him

He’s not a bad player, too expensive but that’s the way these days unfortunately.

I’d take him at Spurs as he’s better than Lucas and Gil (probably Danjuma too) and he would help with the HG situation too although there is more pressing positions needing sorted than the wings.
